Englewood Hershey is a 21+ live music venue
Under 21 permitted when accompanied by parent or legal guardian over the age of 25
All guests must present their valid, government issued photo identification. (e.g. driver’s license, passport, military ID)

Advanced tickets sales typically end at 12pm on the day of the show.
All Tickets are “Will Call” and do not need to be printed for entry.
Ticket holders simply provide the last name on the credit card that was used to purchase tickets when checking in.
Englewood Hershey is unable to verify or guarantee the authenticity of tickets that were not purchased directly through Eventbrite. For this reason, we do not recommend purchasing tickets from third-party resellers. If a ticket is purchased through a third-party reseller, The Englewood is not responsible for any fraudulent activity, and will not honor invalid tickets
Englewood Hershey is not responsible for tickets purchased anywhere other than through Eventbrite and will not honor, exchange, or refund counterfeit, duplicate or invalid tickets
Tickets are refundable to the original payment method or credit to Eventbrite.
Eventbrite fees still apply, and will not be refunded.
If a show is cancelled, tickets will automatically be refunded if purchased directly via Eventbrite
If an event is postponed, rescheduled, or moved, your tickets are still valid for the new date and no further action is required
Emails will be sent to ticket holders notifying them if any refund options for postponed, reschedule, or moved events

Englewood Hershey reserves the right to refuse entry, or remove anyone who is visibly intoxicated, or causing disruptions to the show or event.
If you see something that concerns you, please say something to our management or security so we can address the concerns immediately.
No smoking, vaping, outside food/drink or flash photography is permitted inside the building.
No weapons of any kind are allowed in the venue - including prop weapons.

Shows at The Englewood range from Reserved Tabled Seating to General Admission Standing Room Only.
Each event listing will clarify what type of seating will be available for that given show.

Photo and/or recording policies are at the band's discretion and change from night to night
No flash photography
No professional cameras (w/ removable lens), recording devices (GoPros/ zoom recorders), or selfie sticks are allowed without press pass.
Members of the press with professional cameras must have a press pass arranged in advance in order to shoot during the show.
Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to secure a press pass

No outside food or beverages permitted
If you would like to have a meal before your show, we recommend making a reservation in The Tavern located on our lower level, and give yourself about 1.5 hours to eat before the show.

Guests should be prepared to have all hand carried items open and ready for inspection. Hand carried items include, but are not limited to: small bags and purses
Backpacks, equipment bags and other large bags are not permitted
The Englewood is not responsible for any lost or stolen items
No fliers, stickers, tagging, or handbills
There is no coat check, but in the winter months there is a coat rack in the bar area that is hang at your own risk
We reserve the right to make changes to show details as needed (ex. band requests, health and safety, and venue needs)

DO NOT ENTER THE VENUE IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE SUBJECT TO THE FOREGOING.
