Join Tribe Fitness for 60 minutes of strengthening and stretching. Angel will be leading 30 minutes of HIIT and Strength Training followed by Pilates with Kenzie, and ending with a Cool Down led by Tori. Afterwards, celebrate all of your hard work with one of Englewood's signature drafts.
*Tribe will provide all equipment needed. Please bring your own mat as we have a limited number available for those who forget/need one! One free beer/cider is included with your ticket. This event will take place outside on the lawn.
