The Badlees burst onto the national scene in 1995 with the critically acclaimed album "River Songs", which included the two hit singles "Angeline Is Coming Home" and "Fear Of Falling".
They have released 17 albums to date including 2 EPs, a live album, and a greatest hits collection. The band was inducted into the Central Pennsylvania Music Hall Of Fame in July of 2021. That same year also marked the band's return to the stage (with the original lineup) after a 7 year hiatus.
After finishing in 2nd place in a nationwide competition on music row in Nashville, Cold Spring Union was told they are “too rock to be country, and too country to be rock.” The band has embraced this as their mantra—making claims to the “alt-country” genre and what they’re calling “Americana Progressive Rock.” Come hear them rock The Englewood 1861 Barn!
